This is required by the State of Washington for producers renewing their long-term care insurance certification. This course is updated biannually or as required by the Office of the Insurance Commissioner.

This course is developed to comply with RCW 48.83.130 of the Washington state code. The intention of this course is to CONTINUE understanding among insurance producers in the attributes and requirements of long term care insurance. Much of the information in this course references the Washington Administrative Code and the Revised Code of Washington, as it pertains to Long Term Care Insurance (LTCI).
