Intellipass/InsurepassSeries 6 and Series 63 exam preparation courses are only offered online. They also qualify for WA insurance continuing education courses; 20 credit hours for Series 6 and 4 credit hours for Series 63 .Once you finish your courses, contact Intellipass to receive your CE certificates.
The Series 6 is required by FINRA for those representatives wishing to sell variable insurance products and mutual funds.
The Series 63 or Uniform Securities Act (blue sky laws) allows a representative to sell securities products in the states. However, representatives are also required to pass other specific exams under FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) More information about other securities exams may be found at www.finra.org.
