Students are given 50 hours of online use or access for each program purchased. More time may be authorized as needed to an individual user by contacting the Program Manager. Only the authorized user may access and study the purchased programs. Abuse of this policy, as determined by Intellipass, shall be grounds for termination of access to that program. Any student found abusing this access policy, or abusing use of this study program by sharing it with other unauthorized users, or using it in an unauthorized manner, will have their access to the program cancelled.
Should occasion arise that the student is unable to access the program, due to technical problems with the Intellipass program for a sustained period of time, and/or school closure (in accordance with ORS 341.115 ), a pro-rated amount of the purchase price may be refundable. (Such occasion may be, but not limited to, Intellipass server [and back-ups] becomes inoperable.)
If a student should decide to withdraw, or terminate his/her study program with Intellipass before accessing or using any of the study sections for a purchased course of exam pre-licensing preparation, they will be eligible for a refund of the purchase price less a $25 cancellation/administrative fee. They may contact the Program Manager with any questions.
If a student should decide to withdraw, or terminate his/her study program with Intellipass after accessing or using the first lesson and before 50 percent of the total lessons are used from a purchased course of exam pre-licensing preparation, they will be eligible for a pro rata refund of the purchase price less a $25 cancellation/administrative fee. They may contact the Program Manager with any questions.
Pro rata refund is determined by number of available lessons used (use is determined by opening the online lesson and time expended) divided by the total number of lessons available.
Since course completion requires but a minimum of 20 use-hours and can be taken at any time, there are no ending times observed other than students have one year to complete the course(s) from the date of enrollment. (Enrollment shall be defined as the submission of student enrollment information and payment for the course(s) through a secured website). Students who do not access or use their purchased course(s) within one year of the date of enrollment will not be eligible for a refund, or partial refund.
